"I noticed a huge difference in my body, and the way I felt after following Jessika’s nutrition guidence. I am the type of person who works out 5-6 times a week (taking some of Jess’s classes throughout the week), and saw little difference in the way I felt about my body, feeling like I’ve hit a plateau.

It wasn’t until I was unable to workout for 4-6 weeks, that I asked for Jess’s help and guidence to help me stay on track prior to having to stop working out. She really took the time towalk me through the meals I should be preparing for myself, and explaining why my food should be measured the way she laid it out. "Jessika completely changed my body! A few years ago, I started having debilitating knee pain in BOTH knees. I couldn’t workout… no squats, no lunges, and no stairs. I was in pain all the time, and it was all I could think about. I started working with a Massage Therapist, and saw some great improvement, however, my progress stalled and I hit a plateau, after about a year. I tried several different Physical Therapists, but none of them could seem to figure out how to help me. Finally, my Massage Therapist recommended that I start working with Jessika.

From the very beginning, I felt like Jessika was different than anyone else I had worked with before. We sat down and she listened to my entire story. We talked about my condition and all the work I had done up to that point. She very calmly laid out her plan and the approach she wanted to take with me.
