Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a fast, fun, easy, way to jump start your day. They taste amazing and allow you to get a proper breakfast in, especially if you are always on the go. 

You want to make sure you are getting enough nutrients to keep you full, and keep you energized for your busy morning and throughout the remainder of your day

Here is one of my absolute favorite recipes that I enjoy almost every morning. It includes a few amazing super foods that will make a huge difference in your morning mood and energy levels! Also, this smoothie is Paleo and Vegan Friendly! 

2 cups of Almond milk

1/2 Frozen Banana 

1 pitted Date 

1 handful of spinach

1-2tbs of Cacao Nibs

1 tbs of Maca powder 

1 squeeze of Fish oil

1 Cup of Vega 1 Nutritional Powder

Blend it all together and enjoy! 

*Note --- Put all of your powders in as it's blending, that way it will not stick to the sides of your blender
